What we collect
When you buy a pass we collect your name, email address, phone number and billing address, plus the details of your order (event, number of passes, amount paid). Card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure form — we never see or store them.
Why we collect it
To issue your passes, send your confirmation and the venue address, check you in at the door, and keep accurate sales records for accounting and venue capacity limits.
Who we share it with
Our payment provider (to take payment and issue receipts) and the venue's door team (name and pass status only, on the night). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Pass records are kept for twelve months after the event.
Your choices
