Refund Policy

All sales are final
Because venue capacity is strictly limited and every pass removes a place from a fixed guest list, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, travel problems, illness or missed entry.
If we cancel
If the organiser cancels the after-party, every pass holder receives a full refund of the amount paid, to the original payment method, within ten business days.
No transfers
Passes are non-transferable and cannot be resold. A pass presented by someone other than the named purchaser may be refused without refund.
Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged twice or charged without receiving passes, email vip@karmageddonvip.com with your payment receipt and we will investigate and refund any duplicate charge.
