Your pass
Each pass admits one guest, once. Passes are personal, non-transferable and must be presented as the QR code from your confirmation, together with photo ID matching the purchase name.
Age and admission
This is a 21+ event. Admission is at the discretion of the venue and event staff; guests who are intoxicated, abusive, or unable to present a valid pass and ID may be refused entry without refund.
Phone policy
All phones are secured in Yondr pouches on arrival. Recording, photography and streaming are prohibited inside the venue. Breaching this policy means removal without refund. Official Meet & Greet photography is provided.
Venue and timings
The venue is a private Lower Manhattan location released to confirmed pass holders 24 hours before doors. Start times follow the Madison Square Garden performance and may shift; the Meet & Greet format and running order are subject to the artist's availability.
Changes and cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, pass holders receive a full refund of the amount paid. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs.
Liability
Guests attend at their own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
